M12 Capital MIC offers investors an opportunity to participate in a large, diversified portfolio of high yielding Canadian mortgages.
M12 Capital MIC is primarily focused on residential & Commercial real estate in Ontario in both urban and suburban markets. Our Management Team has many years of experience in mortgage lending, originating, underwriting, risk management and administration.
Our investment objectives are to preserve our shareholders equity and provide them with a stable and secure source of dividends from our investment portfolio.
The Manager, M12 Mortgages Ltd., is licensed as a Mortgage Administrator through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Mortgage Administrator License # 13221.

George Moutsouroufis
President / CEO / Director
George is a seasoned banker and mortgage manager with over 20 years of industry experience. His first Job was at CIBC in currency operations at the age of 15. Over his nearly 10 year career at CIBC George worked most branch positions, and became one of the youngest account managers at the age of only 23. In 2007, George moved on to open his own Mortgage Brokerage (Expert Mortgage) which grew to over 50 employees. In 2010, M12 Investments was launched as a platform to lend out family money via the brokerage. The Corporation was rebranded to M12 Mortgages Ltd and became a licenced administrator #13221. Prior to the launch of M12 Capital, M12 Mortgages had an administered portfolio of nearly $20 Million dollars. Currently George oversees the M12 Group of companies consisting of the Mortgage Brokerage, Mortgage Administrator and Mortgage Investment Corporation.
M12 took over my portfolio after i got into a serious enforcement problem. They handled everything and got out every penny from the asset. I would never consider running my own mortgage portfolio again when i have the backing of M12 Mortgages to administer everything for me.
